Kurtis is President of the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners & Managers Association. He attended University of Maine at Augusta & University of Maine and has received his Business Management Degree. Kurtis also sits on the Board of Directors for the Maine Apartment Owners & Managers Association, a 3000 plus member non-profit organization and is a Brewer Kiwanian.

Carissa is a past President of Milford Congregational Ladies Aid group and is also a Bangor Breakfast Kiwanian.

We own many investment properties as well as provide rental management services for other investors. Our company, Marsh Property Management, has been providing excellent service for over 10 years. We provide full service property management and tenant placement.
